ELEKTRA HEARTH

For years, I lived in the world of high-stakes corporate law. A world of intense pressure, 50-hour work weeks, and a life lived entirely in the mind. I was successful by every external metric, but I felt a deep disconnection— a sense that there had to be more than this constant state of "achieve & push harder".

 

My soul was calling me somewhere else.

 

I kept on remembering what I had learnt many years earlier, in my twenties, when I had left everything and went to India. Not as a tourist, but as a student. I had lived in an ashram for over a year, sitting at the feet of embodied masters— true yogis living the wisdom they taught. They taught me how to be. How to manage my energy (Kundalini), how to return to presence, how to access states of profound vitality and peace (Kriya practices), despite what was happening around me.

 

So after 10 years in the corporate world, I decided to leave and take the path that felt most authentic to my heart.

I wanted to go even deeper within myself— and this search led me to the heart of the Amazon rainforest. There, I learnt from the medicine people of Peru, that mindfulness is not an app or a habit, but a way of life: a cyclical, reverent connection to the earth and to the self.

From these initiations & my life under high-pressure, ELEKTRA HEARTH was born.
